- Pick-up times are provided by our staff at the time of booking and are subject to change - may vary by 10 minutes either way due to traffic conditions.
- Please wait in hotel reception or outside, 10 minutes prior to pick-up time.
- Tour commencement and termination times are also subject to change due to traffic condition.

- Port Douglas pick-ups may be at an extra cost as stated within.
- Coach pick-ups may be by another appointed contractor.
- Every effort is made to locate passengers upon arrival at their pick-up point. If our driver is unable to locate you at the appointed time, you will be required to make your own way to the departure point at your own expense.
- TOURS DO NOT OPERATE CHRISTMAS DAY (EXCEPT RnR TULLY RIVER).
Prices
Prices listed are in Australian Dollars, inclusive of GST, and valid from 1/4/07 to 31/3/08. Where indicated, a pay on board (POB) levy is payable, covering insurance, national park fees, water release fees, etc.
Bookings
We accept all major credit cards. For all group bookings, a deposit is required to secure the booking.
100% Cancellation fee applies to:
- All RnR White Water Rafting, Jungle Tours and Tropic Wings day tours cancelled within 24 hours of departure or no show.
- All Tropic Wings extended tours (2 days or more) cancelled within 72 hours prior to departure.
Liability
- Any adventure travel involves an element of risk. Each passenger must accept responsibility for their own safety and property.
- Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss beyond our control.
- We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or baggage.
- All passengers with RnR White Water Rafting will be required to sign a liability waiver form before their trip. Passengers with a disability must contact RnR White Water Rafting to assess their ability to raft and any necessary additional cost for extra safety provision. To raft, all passengers must be able to fit into supplied life jackets.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is NOT included but regarded as essential as it protects against sickness, accident, loss of luggage, and extra costs and charges due to unexpected circumstances such as weather and road conditions.
Children
- Where indicated, the children’s discount applies to ages 4-14 years inclusive. Infants free.
- For RnR White Water Rafting, minimum age is 13 years. Children under 18 require a Parent’s or Guardian’s signature on their waiver form.
- On Jungle Tours, children under 7 years are not permitted. Children aged 8-12 years receive a discount available on application. Children over 12 pay full adult fare. Children under 16 are not permitted to travel unless accompanied by an adult.
Conditions of Travel
- We reserve the right to cancel or alter the route, itinerary, departure or completion time, and arrange alternative carriers if deemed necessary, due to road, river, weather and/or any other conditions beyond our control.
- No refunds will be given in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure.
- We reserve the right to alter any itinerary without notice but with full consideration for your enjoyment.
Responsibility
Apart from non-excludable liability imposed by law, RnR White Water Rafting disclaims and will be exempt from any liability in regard to loss, personal injury/death, theft, expense due to delays, etc., experienced by the passenger as a result of actions (directly or implied) of its officers, agents or suppliers of product featured in this brochure. RnR also has the right to decline participation based on safety reasons.
General information
- Family packages, where indicated, are for 2 Adults & 2 Children.
- Some tours may be operated by another appointed contractor who maintains an equivalent high standard of service.
