FOUR PARK PACKAGE – Terms and Conditions

• Four Park Package can be used for as single entry to all 4 CaPTA parks.
• Family Packages are for 2 Adults and 2 Children. The children’s discount applies to ages 4-14 years inclusive. Infants free.
• No refunds will be given in the event that any portion of a Four Park Package is not used.
• Valid for 6 months from first visit.
• Cairns ZOOM & Wildlife Dome includes ‘Entry Only’. Cairns ZOOM activities are not included in the pass and will need to be purchased at an additional cost.
• The CaPTA Group Annual Pass is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash and refunds are not available.
• Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times in all parks.
• The pass cannot be used in conjunction with group or school bookings or any other discount offer.

• LOCAL DISCOUNT
  • The purchaser must show local photo ID in order to purchase the pass with the 20% locals discount.
  • The word “Local” refers to residents from Cape York to Townsville and Cairns to Karumba as well as Thursday Island.

CAPTA GROUP ANNUAL PASS- Terms & Conditions

• CaPTA Group Annual Pass includes a 10% discount on photos and souvenirs for the pass holder. There are no discounts applicable to food and beverage purchases.
• CaPTA Group Annual Pass includes a 10% discount on retail entry rates for guests of the pass holder. This is not applicable to packages, family rates or any other special deals.
• Discounts are also available on the following park-specific upgrades:
  • Wildlife Habitat – 10% discount on Breakfast with the Birds or Lunch with the Lorikeets. 10% discount across all café items – except Ice-creams, soft drinks and Alcohol.
  • Rainforestation Nature Park –  20% discount on Pamagirri Rainforest Walkabout+
  • Cairns ZOOM & Wildlife Dome – 20% discount on ZOOM activities.
• CaPTA Group Annual Pass can be used for entry to all 4 CaPTA parks as many times as desired until the expiry date.
• Army Duck tours at Rainforestation are subject to availability. Please note that afternoons are more likely to provide availability.
• Cairns ZOOM & Wildlife Dome includes ‘Entry Only’. Cairns ZOOM activities are not included in the pass and will need to be purchased at an additional cost.
• Pass holders are not permitted to BYO food or drink into the parks.
• Adult signature/s are required on the pass.
• The pass must be shown by the pass holder each time they visit a park.
• Children (4-14 years) who are turning 15 after the date of purchase/renewal will be regarded as a child for the 12 month pass validity.
• Infants (0-3 years) who are turning 4 after the date of purchase/renewal will be regarded as an infant for the 12 month pass validity.

LEGACY RATE

• To receive the legacy discount of 50% off your rate, you must show your current pass when renewing. Legacy membership is only available to those renewing before their Annual pass expires.

PRIZE VOUCHERS 

• Prize Vouchers  are non- transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Prize Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Please present the original Prize Voucher to our staff on the day.

CAIRNS ZOOM & WILDLIFE DOME

1. HEIGHT & WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS APPLY: Mid-ZOOM, Dome Climb, Power Jump, Pirate Climb & Commando Rope Climb – Must be over 120cms. Hi-ZOOM – Must be over 140cms. Participants must have completed Mid-ZOOM before attempting Hi-ZOOM. All activities require participants to be less than 120kg, with minimum weight for Power Jump being 20kg.

2. Minimum age for any ZOOM activity is 6 years.

3. Pre-existing medical conditions – It is your responsibility to assess whether you are fit to take part on the course. Our staff are not medically qualified, so are not in the position to assess a person’s capacity to participate. Cairns ZOOM is not suitable for pregnant women – they will not be allowed to participate. Participants must NOT be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. All participants need to complete a waiver form.

5. We suggest you wear comfortable and sensible clothes. Skirts/dresses will not be allowed, we insist on shorts, slacks or jeans. Please wear appropriate enclosed footwear with good grip. No sandals or slip-off shoes. Long hair must be tied back. Shoes are available for hire and shorts will be available for purchase from the retail section.
