We would like to use photos and videos that include you in our promotional material.

Please reading this agreement and completing the form, you give permission to use photographs and videos that include yourself in promotional material for The CAPTA Group and associated companies, including Tropic Wings Cairns Tours & Charters, Jungle Tours and Trekking, Rainforestation Nature Park, Wildlife Habitat Port Douglas, Australian Butterfly Sanctuary, CaPTA Events and Rainforest Lakes. These photos may be used in promotional materials such as pamphlets, social media, billboards, TV exposure, press exposure or advertisements for third party partners of CaPTA Group.

This contract is to be enacted until cancelled by either party with 30 day notice, in writing.  Any published material will be excluded from cancellation and will not be deleted, undone.
