CaPTA is committed to the professional development of our staff. In addition to formal training options, we offer a comprehensive learning and development framework covering a range of important skills including supervisor training, customer service, conflict resolution, communication skills, time management, how to conduct successful performance reviews and appropriate workplace behaviour.
Our supervisors and managers participate in internal training to assist with professional development and meet regularly to ensure a full support network. Individuals new to management roles are also mentored by other senior managers and directors.
CaPTA also provides employees undertaking courses with external Registered Training Organisations with study leave or time off to attend training sessions.
